About Us

We're In Stitches!..This Bernina Sewing center has been serving Greenville, South Carolina, and the surrounding areas, since 1983. As the Upstate's oldest quilting, sewing, embroidery, and heirloom shop, we cater to all forms of sewing, including garment making, quilting, embroidery, and home decor.
Current owner, Leslie White, purchased the store in 2015 with a goal to create a friendly gathering place with a shared community culture. Two of her favorite things in life are quilting and laughing, and she tries to do both on a daily basis. Her contagious enthusiasm brings a lightheartedness and sense of fun to each work day.

Located at 2310 East North Street, Bernina Sewing Center...our shop features a casual, inviting atmosphere with knowledgeable staff members who love associating with our customers as both friends and mentors. We're passionate about guiding people to the whatever best suits their individual needs so we can help them increase their sewing capacity, enjoyment, and success.

Whether you drop by for some leisurely fabric browsing, need help finding a new quilting project, or you're interested in improving your stitching skills, we're your one-stop shopping destination for all things sewing, quilting, and embroidery no matter your skill level!
